Henna earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2015 and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University in 2017. Her diverse clinical background spans psychiatry, pediatrics, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and surgery, reflecting her commitment to well-rounded patient care.

Guided by a genuine passion for helping others, Henna has dedicated over seven years to outpatient psychiatry, specializing in medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.

Henna’s experience and expertise helps her provide a level of comfort for her patients. She strives to understand each patient on multiple levels to provide treatments tailored according to their unique strengths, goals, and needs. Her patients benefit from her communicative and detail-oriented approach and, most importantly, her compassionate care, ensuring they feel heard and valued every step of the way.

Dr. Daniel Montville serves as the collaborating physician for VivacityPsych. 

Dr. Montville completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before earning his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. He completed his psychiatry residency at Mayo Clinic where he served as Chief Resident. 

Specializing in interventional psychiatry, substance use disorders, perinatal, and emergency psychiatry, Dr. Montville collaborates with our providers to share his advice and expert opinion. His expertise and dedication to the field of psychiatry makes him an invaluable asset to VivacityPsych. 

Zaid is a Master of Engineering Management having earned his degree from Temple Universtiy. 

Zaid serves as the managing director for VivacityPsych with nearly a decade of experience in various industries having served in leadership and management roles. 

He brings invaluable knowledge and unique expertise to lead the optimization of all aspects of our practice. With a passion for problem-solving, Zaid is committed to leading our team in providing our patients with comprehensive, transparent, coordinated care at the highest standards.
